The Wednesday Wave
... happens every Wednesday.
7.45 - 9.45pm, City Gate Centre, 84 London Road, Brighton BN1 4JF (opposite Richer Sounds). £7. Drop in, every body is welcome.
The Wave format never changes... Warm-up, an opening circle, 10 minute body meditation, then we move through the Dance of Awareness cycle (sensing, grounding, expressing, releasing, connecting and completing), and come together for a closing circle. No steps, no exercises, no structures, no guidance - you are free to explore you own movement journey.
The first Wednesday of each month is a teaching night – the same format as the usual Wave but with some explanation about the different phases, and more structure to help people move together. This will introduce newcomers (and remind old-timers...) to the underlying DoA cycle.

Saturday Wave On
Clare will be hosting Saturday afternoon Dance of Awareness groups at the Happy Cell in Hove. A gentle and sustained start to the Wave will facilitate contacting our deeper levels of experience. Otherwise similar to the Wednesday Wave - we will be connecting to ourselves, expressing who we really are, releasing what in holding us back, and integrating new or recovered aspects of ourselves.
The Happy Cell (on Davigdor Road, near Wickes) is a new venue with a healing atmosphere and a wonderful chillout room where you can wind down after the group. There is free parking locally and it’s on the 7 bus route. See http://www.thehappycell.com/

Brighton Big Wave
Following lots of requests.... a new Saturday Wave!
We are planning a Big Wave for the Brighton dance community on a Saturday evening every couple of months. No teaching, just an opportunity to move through a wave in a rather special venue - St Nicholas Church in Brighton.
Big Wave Dates: April 21st, June 9th
Time: 7.30pm - 10.00pm

Body Process Small Group Work
Body process groups take place over two days, offering an opportunity for four participants to share a body process journey in a safe environment. Small group work is an extremely effective way of exploring deep, early, material in supportive connection with others. An information pack is available by email on request. Dates and venues are organised in response to expressions of interest. An interview will be required if you have not worked with me previously.
